There’s one class every child should learn, and it’s not being taught.

It would influence their job, career, and every relationship they ever have.

It’s not finance. It’s not coding or AI. It’s not public speaking.

The class would be Self-Awareness.

Students would explore themselves through a variety of lenses. Of course, I’d include an examination of their style, as seen through the Eagles, Parrots, Doves, and Owls.

They’d discover why one kid speaks up first while another thinks before talking. Why do some prioritize speed while others focus on quality? More importantly, they would stop assuming something is wrong with them if they are different from others and would start valuing their unique gifts.

Eagle kids would learn to lead with compassion. Parrot kids would learn to listen and communicate effectively. Doves would learn to care for themselves and others. Owls would learn to plan carefully while embracing spontaneity.

This would provide a language for self-awareness, empathy, and respect.

Imagine kids growing up knowing how they and others are wired. They’d have fewer misunderstandings, greater self-acceptance, and a deeper sense of who they are what they are meant to do in this world.

Self-awareness would be the class they never forget because it would change their lives forever.
